Do I receive an email receipt of my order?
A:
Yes, When placing an order you will receive an email receipt at the
email address you provide when you check out through the shopping
cart.

Can I make any changes to my order after it has already been placed?
A:
Unfortunately, We cannot honor any changes in your order once we
received it. When we receive your order it is placed into production
immediately. We receive on a daily basis 100's of orders.
Q:
When can I expect to received my order?
A:
Orders are usually received 10-15 business days after completed
production of your entire order. Larger or multiple item orders may
take longer for production. You will receive an email stating when
the order shipped.

Are the labels self stick, self adhesive?
A:
Yes, All of the labels that come on a roll are self adhesive. No
need to lick or wet the back of the labels. A label dispenser is
provided free with every order.
Q:
How many characters are allowed on your labels?
A:
Each line can have a maximum of 28 characters Including spaces.
Q:
Do I have to use all the lines available on the labels and do I have
to use text?
A:
No, If you just wanted to use only one line of the label that is ok.
Q:
What is the shipping fee for an order of labels?
A:
The shipping fee is viewable in the shopping cart when you check
out. It is based on the quantity of products you order contains.
Q:
If my order is printed incorrectly will you replace it?
A:
If the error was made on our behalf . We will gladly
replace the entire order with errors.
Q:
I already have a rubber stamp, I just need to change the information
on it. Do I have to order a new rubber stamp?
A:
No, You can just order a die plate to put on your rubber stamp you
already have. We provide instructions with every die plate order.
