How long does it take for my order to ship?

Our standard deliver and shipping method can take usually between 8-10 business days from the date we received your online order. Please note personalized product orders require setup time and then production time prior to shipment.

 

Do I receive an email when my order ships or a tracking number?

Yes, After placing an order at our website you will receive a confirmation email receipt of your order. Once your order has completed production you will receive another email notice of when it shipped to track your shipment via the shipping carrier.

 

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, A surcharge of $9.99, in addition to Standard Delivery charges, applies to shipments to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO and US Territories. We do not ship to international addresses.

 

I have not received my order? How can I find out where it is?

Normally you should receive your order within 8-10 business day via shipping carrier. If you have not received your order within 8-10 business days or received an email stating your order has shipped. Please contact us so we may locate your order and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Where do you ship? Do you accept international orders?

At this time, we only ship orders to the U.S. and its territories (to include Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, The Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses). All orders must utilize both a U.S. mailing and billing address in order to be processed. We do not ship internationally and therefore cannot process orders that utilize an international billing address. Certain addresses in Hi, AK, & or APO/FPO may incurr  a surcharge.

 

Order Status

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been submitted?

We want your order to be printed just the way you want it. Please precisely follow directions for ordering personalized items, and proofread your personalization information carefully before submitting your order. Your order automatically begins processing as soon as it's submitted; therefore, we're unable to make changes, corrections, and/or cancellations. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders submitted with incorrect information, though we will gladly reorder items for you. We reserve the right to use discretion in what we print.

As indicated, some products will ship separately from the rest of your order and may require additional delivery time.

 

Will you provide me with confirmation of my order when it is received?

When and after you enter an email address when placing your order in our website checkout or if you have registered account, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After pressing the "Place Your Order" button, a confirmation screen appears, displaying the following message: Thank You for Your Order! If you'd like to contact us for confirmation, email us your zip code, last name, phone number, and email address toservice @affordableaddresslabels.com

 

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can check your order status online: click here. Information about your order should be available 24 hours after placing your order. How quickly can I expect to receive an answer to my emailed product question?

How can I request a catalog?

We are truly sorry at this time we do not have a hard copy catalog that can be postal mailed out. Our website is our virtual catalog and has all the products we have in stock or available for printing.

 

Can I order a larger quantity of your products than offered online?

What can I actually have printed on my personalized products?

You can personalized typically personalie most products with any text information you want to use. Normally customers personalize with a mailing address, change of address, wedding announcement labels. There are unlimited uses for our self-adhesive labels such as; Christmas gift tag labels, personal info tag for children school supplies, Avon and Mary Kay supplies and much more! Visit our blog for some more ideas or tips. Some products will require photos or logos as such as business cards or calendars. Our color printing process is in CMYK
