Return, Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

AffordableAddressLabels.com provides custom-printed and personalized products manufactured specifically to customer specifications. Due to the customized nature of our products, the following policy applies to all purchases.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Custom & Personalized Products – Final Sale

All products are custom manufactured based on the personalization entered by the customer at checkout.

Because each item is produced uniquely:

• Orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled once submitted.

• All personalization is printed exactly as entered.

• Customers are solely responsible for reviewing spelling, formatting, punctuation, capitalization, addresses, phone numbers, and design selections prior to submission.

At checkout, customers must affirm the following statement before payment is processed:

“I approve my personalization as entered above. I have verified that the spelling and content shown above is correct. I understand that I cannot make any changes or cancel once my order has been submitted.”

Submission of an order constitutes final approval of the design and content.

Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defect.

2. What Qualifies as a Defect (Merchant Error)

We will replace or refund an order only if:

• The printed product does not match the approved personalization submitted by the customer, OR

• There is a clear manufacturing defect in materials or print quality.

Examples of qualifying defects:

• Incorrect information printed that differs from the approved order

• Significant misalignment of print

• Ink smearing or material damage occurring before delivery

Color variation due to screen display differences does not qualify as a defect.

Minor positioning variations within normal print tolerances do not qualify as defects.

3. What Does NOT Qualify for Refund

The following do not qualify for refund or replacement:

• Customer-approved spelling errors

• Incorrect address or phone number submitted by customer

• Design or font preferences after approval

• Personal dissatisfaction unrelated to manufacturing defect

• Change of mind after delivery

• Orders where the product matches the approved personalization

Orders printed exactly as approved are considered fulfilled.

4. 30-Day Resolution Requirement

All claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the order date.

To initiate a claim, customers must:

• Contact us directly at help@affordableaddresslabels.com

• Provide order number

• Provide written explanation

• Provide clear photographs demonstrating the issue

Failure to contact us before initiating a chargeback may result in denial of future service.

We must be given the opportunity to resolve any concern prior to external dispute filing.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee (Structured & Limited)

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Review Policy.

If a customer is not satisfied, they must contact us within 30 days for review.

Resolutions are provided at the sole discretion of AffordableAddressLabels.com and may include:

• Reprint

• Store credit

• Partial refund

• Full refund

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply where:

• The product matches the approved personalization

• The dissatisfaction is subjective preference

• The request is made after 30 days

• The product has been used, altered, or damaged

6. Chargeback Policy

By placing an order, customers agree to contact AffordableAddressLabels.com directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution may be considered policy abuse.

We reserve the right to dispute all improper chargebacks and provide transaction records, personalization approval, proof of delivery, and policy acknowledgment to the issuing bank.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

• We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

• Total liability shall not exceed the original transaction amount.
